Women Executives

Since 1986, Sharon Bloodworth and the White Oaks’ team have been helping women executives fly. White Oaks works with many women executives as clients.

A panel discussion for the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal, on Women Executives in Finance, featured Sharon. The women discussed topics such as the disparity of women finance CEOs, leadership traits and the market for emerging female leaders. Sharon asserts that the US is a wonderful place for women executives to do business. Furthermore, she states the future of the sales industry is robotic and work-life balance does not exist. In her unique, joy-fueled way she shares her wisdom gleaned from a career well-lived and hard-earned.

Sharon has been featured in other venues as a proponent of women in finance. Last year, for example, she spoke to Club E on the topic of being a woman business owner. White Oaks is excited that Sharon often speaks on this important issue and continues to help women executives fly.
