Micki Kastel

Vice President & Director of Operations, Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)®

Micki Kastel is the Vice President and Director of Operations at White Oaks Wealth Advisors. She joined the firm in the middle of the 2008 financial crisis and takes all crises in stride. Micki is a core part of our leadership team and has been a key player in our success as a firm. She has been the public face for the smooth running of our firm’s operations for almost two decades.   Behind the scenes she also guides our marketing, system transitions and technology and plays a pivotal role in ensuring our advisors and staff are equipped to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Micki graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She has held the Certified Senior Advisor® certification since 2022. In 2017, she completed a certificate program for Business Process Improvement at the University of Minnesota.

Micki grew up in Minnesota, but finally escaped the cold. She now lives in Sarasota and works out of the White Oaks’ office there. She enjoys traveling, arts, music, and spending time outdoors.
